We are currently investigating a loss of broadband service affecting FTTC, FTTP, and ADSL broadband services.
The cause of the issue has been traced to an upstream network supplier who are aware of the issue and have engineers investigating.

The supplier has confirmed that this incident is in relation to a planned change within the network that has had an unexpected impact on customers. Engineers remain engaged and updates will be provided until incident resolution has been reached.
Service has been now been restored to customers and the major incident is declared as resolved. Any customers that still have connectivity issues are advised to power-cycle their router before contacting the Technical Support.
