[Resolved]Email collection issues

We have had multiple reports throughout the day of users having difficulty collecting emails. The issue  mainly seems to be effecting collection of POP email although IMAP appears to be affected as well. After much troubleshooting we believe the issue

[Resolved] Inbound email delivery issue from Microsoft hosted email accounts

We are aware of an issue with inbound email delivery from Microsoft hosted email accounts, which is only apparent when the email includes an attachment. The email delivery from the Microsoft server starts, but then the data transmission stalls part

BT Network Issue

We are aware that BT currently have network problems, meaning some people cannot access certain sites or email servers.  It’s a BT issue which is outside our control so we don’t know how long it will take them to resolve.

[RESOLVED] ADSL & FTTC packet loss issues

We are currently investigating a packet loss issue on the network which is affecting ADSL and FTTC users which we believe is due to a core router blade failure in the interxion data centre. Engineers have been dispatched to Interxion
