[RESOLVED] swift27 server outage

We are aware of an issue with one of our servers swift27.
Web, and e-mail services on that server are currently down.
Engineers are currently working on the issue. There is currently no ETR until we receive an update from the engineers.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Web and smtp email services are back online. There is an issue with mailbox authentication which we are working on.

    The email software vendors have one of their engineers logged into the server and are working on the email issue.

    The mail issue is resolved. We will continue to investigate the root cause.
