Swift Internet NOC 
BT have updated us to inform us that their engineers are still working to resolve the issue and have given us an estimated time of 15:30 for resolution.
Unfortunately it looks although BT have now changed the ‘estimated time of fix’ for this problem to 18:30.
BT resolved this at aprox. 7pm. I anyone affected by this issue is still unable to connect then it is advised that they turn off their router for twenty minutes.
