We are aware of a Network issue in the North of England which is currently affecting broadband connectivity around the Yorkshire, Lancashire, Nottinghamshire Lincolnshire areas, since 2pm.
Network Engineers are working to restore connectivity in those areas.

Broadband connections in the affected areas came back on-line at approximately 2:30pm. We are currently monitoring the situation and provide a further update when we have confirmation that the issue is fully resolved.
If you still have a problem with your connection please power off your router for 20 minutes.
The problem was traced to a network suppliers core router at a main data centre in slough. To resolve the issue the routers software was reconfigured and the router rebooted.
