Due to a technical issue, we are rebooting one of the Windows nodes, which will affect some users on Windows hosting, and the swiftXmail service. We anticipate an outage of 10 minutes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We have experienced a hardware node failure, and attempts to bring it back on-line have so far failed. This is affecting Web Hosting VPS and e-mail for some customers. The servers on the node are being failed-over to a backup

[Resolved] Network Issue

We experienced an outbound connectivity issue with the Hosting platform network at 12pm 25/04/13. We failed-over to the back-up Firewall and switch which has resolved the issue, and continue to investigate the problem with the primary firewall/switch.
