[Network] Telehouse North Network Incident

We are currently investigating a major network incident which occurred in Telehouse North around 4 PM, affecting multiple users. The network stabilised shortly afterwards, but the cause and further updates will be provided when they become available.

[Resolved] [ADSL] DSL Instability

We are aware of a problem with a number of xDSL sessions becoming unstable and dropping offline. Engineers are currently investigating and further updates will be provided when they become available.

[Completed][Firmware upgrade] SAN network maintenance

As part of our routine maintenance programme, our SAN firmware is being upgraded on Saturday 09/04/2011 07:00am. We are not expecting any service outage, however we are scheduling an ‘at-risk’ period for 1 hour starting 9/04/2011 07:00am.

We scheduled a network maintenance for 20/02/2011 (Sunday). The maintenance window is between 7AM and 8AM. We don’t expect any downtimes during this period however network should be considered at risk during this maintenance window. This maintenance applies for everything
