We are currently experiencing a partial loss of outbound connectivity from the data centre as a result of an issue during planned maintenance work earlier this morning.
This is primarily affecting email services on our Hosting products such as VPS servers and Web hosting products. The web sites themselves should be running ok. Connectivity products such as Broadband and Ethernet are not affected.
We are working to restore full service ASAP.

The issue is now resolved and was caused by corrupted routing in the gateway firewall. Re-writing the routing resolved the issue.
