[Resolved] Server swift68.swiftinter.net speed issues.

Due to reports about the speed issues on the server swift68.swiftinter.net we decided to move this server to the different hardware.

That has been done. Server is much faster now so we believe speed issues should be resolved.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
