[Resolved] [ADSL] Issues with Peterborough 21CN Node

Customers on BT 21CN ADSL2+ connections who are connected directly to the Peterborough 21CN node may be experiencing connectivity issues. Engineers are on route to investigate. ETA 3pm.

[RESOLVED][ADSL] Problem on the Columbo Node

We have recently become aware of some users in the London having issues connecting to the internet. Engineers are investingating the problem and we will try and restore service ASAP.

[ADSL] Emergency Planned Engineering Work – MSAN Upgrades

Work will be taking place on BT Wholesale’s 21CN Broadband Network which will be carried out from 02:00 to 06:00 on Tuesday 19/04/2011. During this time software upgrades to 21C MSANs (Network Elements) will be carried out remotely. BT advise

[Completed][Firmware upgrade] SAN network maintenance

As part of our routine maintenance programme, our SAN firmware is being upgraded on Saturday 09/04/2011 07:00am. We are not expecting any service outage, however we are scheduling an ‘at-risk’ period for 1 hour starting 9/04/2011 07:00am.
